Information for Food VendorsSEVENTEENTH ANNUAL OLDE-TYME PEACH FESTIVAL
Date: Saturday, August 21, 2010 Time: 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. Parade Time: starts at 9:00a.m.
The Middletown Historical Society invites new and returning food vendors to participate in this year's Olde Tyme Peach Festival. We will have 2 types of vendors: 1.) Non-profit clubs, churches, youth groups and service organizations which will be located in the Town Hall & Cooks' parking lot. Non-profit food vendors shall contribute 10% of gross sales to the Historical Society. A $50.00 holding fee is due at registration, which will be applied towards your 10% contribution amount.
2.) Commercial and other vendors that will be located in the Town Hall & Cooks' parking lot and will pay $125 for a 10x10 foot space, and $12.50 for each additional foot of space required.
All vendors must provide their own tables, tents, chairs and displays. All food vendors must have a permanent or day permit issued by the Food Services Section, Division of Environmental Health, telephone: (302) 995-8650. Inspectors will be present at the festival. Setup time will be from 6:00a.m. untill 8:00a.m.
Please note, THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. You can submit the application form online and pay through PayPal. If you are mailing a check, please submit the application form also before May 31st, 2010 with your check made out to "Middletown Historical Society". Mail to: Middletown Historical Society P.O.
